Lauren has joined the team as a Sales & Lettings consultant. Lauren has an interior design degree, previously working with clients in this industry, expressing her creativity. She enjoys finding her customers their next home and is always happy to inpat any interior ideas and inspiration. In her spare time, she loves to figure skate, enjoying the artistry the sport brings.
Business Owner
Helen has worked in estate agency for over 23 years and has invaluable experience in lettings, sales, land and new homes and property management. Having started her career in her home town of Wilmslow, she then spent a number of years working in senior positions for national and international estate agencies, as well as for local independent companies, in West London. She returned to Wilmslow where she has a great deal of knowledge and contacts in the local housing market. Helen has particular expertise in new build homes and self-build plots. She will be the first to say that she is most at home on a building site "knee deep in mud!". Throughout the years Helen has built a substantial clientele through her helpful and friendly approach in business. Helen lives in Wilmslow with her two children and enjoys discovering and exploring new places, countryside walks and climbing.
Senior Sales & Lettings Consultant
Leyla is our Senior Sales & Lettings Consultant. After gaining valuable experience as a property consultant in Manchester City Centre, she joined Benson Bunch in 2023 and quickly became a core part of the team. Leyla advises on both sales & lettings valuations and especially enjoys meeting clients to understand their individual property needs and helping to secure successful deals. Whilst building her career in property, Leyla also worked as an interior designer, giving her useful insight into other areas of the industry. She additionally holds a degree in Zoology. Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates and walking her miniature dachshund, Pluto.
