Our lettings team recently won the GOLD British Property Award for Best Lettings agent in Alderley Edge and Wilmslow! We specialise in personal service and keeping our clients’ individual needs in mind.
Our team offers different management packages for our landlords. These range from ‘let only’ to ‘rent collection’ and ‘full management’. Each of these services are tailored to the landlords needs and requirements. With our full management service, our team picks up maintenance works and would also carry out inspections on the property once the tenant has lived there for three months. Following that, the property would be inspected every six months.
By managing the property and dealing with maintenance works, it gives landlords peace of mind and allows them to focus on their daily lives. They will not have to worry about dealing with problems at the property or getting the right contractors in for the job. On the other side, the tenants have the assurance that we will deal with any issues as promptly as we can. We have a great network of local contractors from plumbers and electricians to handymen and gardeners- and are therefore able to resolve any issues that may arise.
In addition to this, our team can assist with furnishing or staging a property, as we have great connections with local furniture suppliers. One of our contacts offers bespoke furniture rental packages for both landlords and tenants. We can arrange for them to visit your property and based on the budget and needs they can arrange a special package for you. Their services can be as simple as renting a few beds, to fully decorating your property including artwork and decorative accessories. Since furniture can really bring a property to life and change the feel of an empty space, it is a great way to bring out the best in a property if you are a landlord. Alternatively if you are a tenant, it sometimes can be more beneficial to rent a few items small items instead of buying them all yourself.
