Tenant Cost to complete a New Tenancy

Information for Tenants:- 

 A refundable holding deposit, equivalent to one weeks rent or a minimum of £250.00 is held. This holding deposit will form part of the initial monies due on completion of the tenancy, subject to contract and references, as outlined below :-

Tenant costs due to complete a tenancy :

• One month rent
• 5 weeks Tenancy Deposit. Where the deposit is held by Benson Bunch, it will be registered within the My Deposits Scheme.
