Benson Bunch in the local community
Benson Bunch prides itself on being a local, independent estate agent with extensive experience and knowledge of the local area.
As a business, we always aim to support local businesses around us and prove the feeling of community in the areas we operate in. By doing this, we can give back to the community and extend our local network.
In the recent months, we have sponsored many great initiatives. We worked together with Wilmslow High School by promoting their Christmas Raffle and sponsoring the grand prize. The proceeds of the raffle have gone to funding a marquee, which was needed for social distancing in the Covid crises, and can now also be used for sports, arts and fundraising events.
Furthermore, we have worked with Yvette Royle of BBC’s All Together Now by sponsoring Wilmslow Music Festival. The event was postponed due to the pandemic over the summer, but proved to be worth the wait when it was agreed to go ahead in September.
In Hale Barns we have sponsored the Hale Barns Carnival, which was able to go ahead as there were sufficient social distancing measures in place. The Carnival was a great success and is already scheduled for next year’s edition in September 2022! The proceeds of the carnival have gone to community projects and charities in the local area and include local sports clubs, school associations, community groups and more.
Over summer, Benson Bunch was a proud kit sponsor of local dance studio Bella Danza in Macclesfield, and their dancers who are part of Team England at the Dance World Cup. The finals took place in Teddington this August. With over 6,000 dancers competing from 54 countries across the world - it is the greatest all genre dance competition for dancers aged 4 years to 25 years.
